Our proud history
BooCare Ltd was established in 2015. Initially set up to provide healthcare services to the NHS and industry.
In 2017 BooCare Ltd began the process of transitioning in to Social Care. Believing that the people should be able to remain in their homes and feel safe and supported to do so for as long as they choose to.
At BooCare we care about the same things you do. We care that your nearest and dearest are treated with respect and dignity. We care that they are happy and safe. We care that you are completely satisfied with the service we provide.
BooCare is a family-run company, led by a Nurse Consultant, we provide a personal touch to the care and support sector. Our friendly and caring team offer assistance to all those who need a little help with day-to-day activities. Whether you are looking for long term regular care, a person who can be a companion to the elderly members of your family or you need holiday assistance, we are here to help.

Organised: Here at Boocare we ensure that clients are always a part of the decision making in who will be visiting them, matching clients to carers. The shifts that we offer staff ensure that visits can be planned well in advance to maintain continuity.
Outstanding: Here at Boocare we employ only the best carers, all staff attend a thorough induction training programme before delivering care. All staff will be trained to NVQ/QCF level 2 as part of their continued development. We ensure that clients and carers are matched to the appropriate carer.
Caring: We work alongside clients and families to tailor our services to help our clients stay in control of their own care. We provided the same standard of care that we would expect for our own loved ones. This means valuing each person’s unique qualities which make them individual. We also recognise the need to support loved ones in the process as it can be a difficult time for family and friends.
Approachable: Here at Boocare we pride ourselves on being friendly and easy to talk to. Here to listen to and understand our clients’ needs.
Responsive: Our clients’ well-being is always our top priority and care managers are always available to ensure that clients or families are able to discuss their needs.

Our leadership team
Sally Tripp, RGN, Adv Dip, BSc, PGc, MSc
Having worked in Health and Social Care for over 25 years Sally started her career in social care working in; Domiciliary Care, residential care homes and nursing homes. She later went on to register as a nurse where she continued her career in nursing homes. Later moving into community nursing, having advanced to a senior position in district nursing she went on to specialise as a Tissue Viability Nurse Consultant.
Rebecca Irving
Rebecca oversees our in-house marketing department working to ensure that BooCare maintains its corporate social responsibilities within every aspect of our business operations. Rebecca also plays a key role in in strategic business decisions.
We carefully recruit and train our care staff to the highest possible standards. All staff members are DBS checked to an enhanced level and are fully insured. BooCare carers always wear a uniform and carry identification badges with photographic ID for added security and peace of mind.
